Nature’s Biology Order Policy

Once you have submitted your order it is sent to processing and all charges will appear on your credit card statement as Nature’s Biology, LLC.

Within a few minutes of placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email and once your order is shipped you will receive shipping confirmation including a tracking number so you may track your order at any time.

Nature’s Biology Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the date of your purchase, except during the Holidays where it can take up to 4 business days for your order to be shipped. Standard ground shipping takes 3 to 10 business days within the Continental United States.

Nature’s Biology Return Policy

Nature’s Biology 365 day money back guarantee applies to first time product orders.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 365 days from the date of purchase for a refund less shipping and handling, subject to the following conditions:

Your refund amount will be pro-rated based on the number of bottles you return.

In order to return the product you must contact us by using the Contact Us link for an RMA #. Please include your full name and order number when contacting us, otherwise we will not be able to process an RMA.

All returns must include a copy of the packing slip along with the RMA # provided to you – no exceptions.

If you are a repeat customer for the same product, the Nature’s Biology guarantee does not apply to subsequent orders (any order after your first order). If you are a repeat customer purchasing a completely new product (one not previously purchased), the guarantee applies to any products in that order that has not been previously ordered.

If you return an order, we must assume you are not satisfied and will not reorder that product again. Your contact information will be entered into our RMA system and the Nature’s Biology guarantee will not apply to you for any future order you purchase, regardless of items purchased.

The unopened bottle policy applies to 1 (one) opened bottle only. You must return the opened bottle for a refund, even if it is completely empty. If more than one opened bottle is returned, you will not receive a refund for additional opened bottles. You can only receive a refund for one opened bottle plus any unopened bottles you return.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning product.

Nature’s Biology Cancellation Policy

All orders are charged and submitted for processing immediately. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

Once you receive the package you may return it using our return policy outlined above. If the package is refused it will not qualify for a refund.

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us immediately using the “Contact Us” link located at the bottom of this website. Please include your full name, shipping address and order number. A Nature’s Biology representative will contact you within 48 hours.
